Coffee and Natural Anti Aging

natural anti aging - coffee
There’s so much out there in the media about coffee, one can get a little confused about whether you should be drinking coffee or not. For the best natural anti aging tip I can give you about coffee, it is best to drink organic coffee in moderation and turn to either decaffeinated coffee and some of the delicious herbal teas out there. Drinking lots of coffee can affect your blood sugar levels, dehydrate you, cause you to gain weight, cause heart palpitations, breast cysts for some women and a host of other problems.

Are there any natural anti aging health benefits to drinking coffee and what exactly are the overall benefits to drinking coffee though?

Recent research released on this year has announced that coffee may reverse Alzheimer’s disease. American scientists, using a test group of mice, discovered that mice fed caffeine in their water bottle show increased memory and thinking skills and performed better then mice of the same age without dementia. The scientists say that drinking five cups of coffee a day could reverse memory problems as seen in people with Alzheimer's disease.

French researchers have also found that drinking caffeine may help ward off mental decline in women. The researchers compared two groups of women aged 65; the one group drank more than three cups of coffee a day and the other group who drank one cup a day or less. It may well be that coffee cuts the risk of dementia by stopping the damage cholesterol inflicts on the body. It would appear that coffee can protect female memory.

What’s the best natural anti aging tip I can give you about coffee? It would appear that drinking coffee is good for you as you grow older. If you don’t suffer from weight problems, heart palpitations, breast cysts or sugar highs and lows, it appears, according to the research, that coffee is, in fact, good for you as you age.
