Anti Aging Diet

If there is one way to sell a product, simple label it as anti aging and despite the bad economy the product will sell. There have been many diets in the past which have been hyped up to reverse or prevent aging. But what should the consumer look for in an anti aging diet? For one, it is important to make sure that it recommends that you eat lots of fruits, vegetables and drink a lot of green tea. The question is can diet reverse aging? While eating proper may help delay the signs of aging, it is highly recommended that one avoid excess sun exposure and not smoke. These two factors are the major cause of premature aging and formation of wrinkles. Other important preventive factors include wearing sunscreen, regular exercise, decent amount of sleep and perhaps praying.
